Die Innovationsfachkraft Eva Holzhäuser hat die Aufgabe, neue Produktangebote für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln und die dafür erforderlichen Anpassungen in der IT-Infrastruktur zu koordinieren. Dies beinhaltet und fordert vor allem die Schaffung neuer Angebote und Produkte: Panels, Kohorten, eine exakte und wissenschaftlich korrekte Beschreibung der Produkte, die ideale Produktplazierung sowie die Anpassung und Implementierung der IT. Der Neuigkeitscharakter besteht darin, dass diese Produkte und dieses Angebot bisher nicht für unsere Kunden dargestellt werden konnte.
Die Aufgabe der Innovationsfachkraft Alexander Sauter war es, die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und das Design der Webseite grundlegend zu überarbeiten. Die organische Kundenführung von dem ersten Besuch der Webseite bis zur Kaufabwicklung ist ein essentieller Faktor eines erfolgreichen Webshops. Anhand von Kunden-Feedback wird ein innovatives und ganzheitliches Konzept entwickelt und umgesetzt Dies beinhaltet folgende Schwerpunkte: Verbesserung von UX/UI (User Experience bzw. User Interface), Produktwerbung zur Erhöhung des durchschnittlichen Wareneinkaufswerts und das kundenorientierte Design in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern. Der Neuigkeitscharakter besteht darin, dass die Uniformität auf der bisherigen Webseite nicht nicht vollständig gegeben war.
Das Förderprogramm Brandenburger Innovationsfachkräfte 2019-2022 fördert die Beschäftigung von hochqualifizierten Nachwuchskräften in Brandenburgischen KMU und begünstigt durch den Wissenstransfer betriebliche Innovationen und Wachstum. Die Central BioHub investiert mit ihren Innovationsfachkräften in das Design der neuen Online-Plattform centralbiohub.de sowie die Aufgabe, neue Produktangebote für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln und die dafür erforderlichen Anpassungen in der IT zu koordinieren.

The task of innovation specialist Alexander Sauter was to fundamentally revise the user-friendliness and design of the website. The novelty character is that the uniformity on the previous website was not completely given.
