Each package is sent with a sufficient amount of dry ice for perfect sample preservation and is processed as Priority Shipping.

Central BioHub is an online human biospecimen marketplace where worldwide partners can participate by offering their biospecimen inventory. You may have ordered samples from suppliers located in different countries. It is possible that parcels were shipped from two or more
biobank facilities. In any case, we are your central point of contact if you have any questions about your purchase.

If your parcel arrives with a small amount of dry ice, please check the temperature indicator (WarmMark®) first. Continuous cooling can be maintained even with a minimum amount of dry ice.
